We use this information to process your registration and enquiries, respond to sponsorship and call-back requests, send you Summit event updates, and improve the Summit experience.

3. Third-Party Services

Ticket registration is processed by TezTicket, and 5% Showcase submissions are collected via Google Forms. These providers have their own privacy policies governing the information you give them directly.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us at summit@theschoolsofindia.org to exercise these rights.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending The Schools of India Summit 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register.

2. Registration & Ticketing

Tickets are sold and processed by TezTicket, a third-party ticketing platform. Payment, refund, and transfer requests are subject to TezTicket's own terms and policies.

3. Event Changes

TSOI may modify the schedule, speakers, tracks, or venue where necessary. Registrants will be notified of any material changes ahead of the event.

4. Media & Photography

By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed for TSOI's promotional and archival use, including Summit stage recordings, session photography, and 5% Showcase presentation videos.

5. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward speakers, delegates, and staff. TSOI reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates this.

6. Intellectual Property

All TSOI branding, content, and materials are the property of The Schools of India and may not be reproduced without permission. Practices submitted to the 5% Showcase remain owned by the contributing school under the Showcase's own terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TSOI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your registration for or attendance at the Summit.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued registration or attendance after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
